Enquiry & appointment privacy information

The enquiry and appointment forms collect the name, contact details, preferences and message you provide so Abul Hasan Molla can respond to your real estate enquiry or arrange your requested consultation.

Appointment requests also record your selected time, meeting type and booking status. Enquiries record the submission time, IP address and browser information to help limit spam. Appointment requests record a hash of the IP address for rate limiting. Essential session cookies support form security and administrator sign-in. This website does not use advertising trackers.

To understand how the website is used, it counts page visits and clicks on contact buttons. This uses no cookies and stores no IP address: each visit is counted with an anonymous code that changes every day, together with the page viewed, the referring website (for example Google or Facebook) and the device type (phone, tablet or computer). These statistics are kept for about 13 months.

After booking, you receive a private status link. Anyone with that link can view the appointment time and cancel an active request, so keep it private. Downloading a calendar file adds a separate event to your own calendar; that event will not update automatically when a request changes.

Enquiries, appointments and customer records are stored in the website’s database and accessed by authorized administrators. To request a correction or deletion, contact a.hasan.xd@gmail.com.
